CLUB POLICIES
All players must check in with the Staff before entering the courts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 24 notice is required for all cancellations or you will be charged the price of the court, lesson, or drill.
MAKE-UP POLICY (FOR JUNIOR PROGRAM CLASSES)
- 2 make-ups per session.
- All make-ups must be scheduled within the same session.
- If a scheduled make-up is not attended, it cannot be rescheduled.
BILLING POLICY
- All tennis services are payable prior to the time of service.
- No refunds.
ON COURT RULES
- No food or drinks, other than water, are allowed on the courts.
FOOTWEAR
- All players must wear flat soled tennis shoes without excessive tread.
MEMBERSHIP
- The club reserves the right to cancel a membership in case of abuse of membership priviledges.
