Glenbrook Racquet Club prides itself on having one of the best tennis programs in the area. Each week we offer practices on various days for each level of team play. If you are a competitive player or are one that has always wanted to be in the competitive arena then the GRC is your club. All practices are 2 hours. Practices will not be prorated if you are unable to play for the full 2 hours. 

  • Participants consistently elevate their heart rate into their aerobic training zone.
  • A two-hour class burns more calories than playing in a singles or doubles match.
  • Short cycles of high intensity drills and periods of rest
